Hughston House Publishers was created from the desire to publish excellent literary works of all types.
We are an independent press that publishes through our imprints.
As an independent press, we publish a select number of titles per year. They represent a focus that is of the highest quality of unique and original stories and concepts that will touch readers and have a lasting impact.
We publish books in literary fiction, popular fiction, children’s literature, poetry, non-fiction, etc.
We also seek to publish authors from racial and ethnic groups that have been traditionally underrepresented in American literature and who have not been given the opportunity to see their works in print. This includes Native American, Puerto Rican (Boricua), Mexican-American (Chicano), African-American and other writers from underrepresented and marginalized peoples.
Please note that as a traditional publisher, Hughston House does not charge the author any fees for publishing, except for traditional royalties and associated costs, which is a standard practice in the industry.
